With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Veronica Helen Hume (Mississauga, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 1, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Veronica Helen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Veronica Helen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Hume Cutajar (Daniel), Sharon Hume-Kelly (Patrick) and Kimberley Coram (Garry); her sister Anna Casey; and her nieces, Marie and Linda.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Assumption Catholic Funeral Home (6933 Tomken Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T1N4). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 2:45 PM at the Assumption Catholic Cemetery (6933 Tomken Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T1N4).
