He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Diane Pavlou; his children, Lauren, Evan and Sarah Trofimchuk; his mother-in-law Athanasia Pavlou; his nephews, Mark and Michael Prosia; his sister-in-law Bessie Prosia; his children-in-law, Lélian Girard and Alexandra Famiglietti; his siblings, Lynn, Lori and Karen; his parents, Walter Trofimchuk and Irene Trofimchuk; and his grandfathers, Martin and Fred.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM.
