She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert J. Foley; her parents, Alice and Abraham; her brother Gary; and her cousin Sandra Allard.

She is survived by: her children, Hubert Stephen Foley (Sandra), Patricia Andrea Collins and Mary Susan Bowen (Joel); her grandchildren, Shane Bowen (Stephanie), Reid Bowen, Chelsea Collins and Tristan Collins; her cousins, Rick Mora, Marguerite Young, Melvin Moulton, Debra Calhoun, Bert, Betty Slatter, Brenda Dunton and Evie Brawner; and her nieces, Cherie Allard, Lisa Deziel Slatter and Stacey Slatter.

Ruth requested donations to be made to the Ian Anderson House in lieu of flowers.
