He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Franks and Emma Franks; and his brothers, Austin Franks and Jason Franks. He is survived by: his wife Letitia Agatha Franks; his children, Leonard, Conrad, Mildred, Eldred and Bernard; his brother Hubert Franks; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Danielle and Anjali.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the McKersie & Early Funeral Home Ltd. (114 Main St E, Milton, ON L9T1N5). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the St. Benedict's Catholic Church (300 Yates Dr, Milton, ON L9T2W3). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Family Cemetery (2523 Lower Baseline Rd, Milton, ON L9T2P3). A reception will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Emerald Lounge (575 Ontario St S, Milton, ON L9T2N2).
