He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Carrigan and Myrtle Carrigan; his brother-in-law Ronnie Behie; and his siblings, Doris, Joyce, Frank, Earl and Mildred.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Mae (Betty); his children, Donna Pope (Brent), Steven Carrigan (Jane), Lisa Milliken (Bill) and Jody Carrigan (Dalton); his grandchildren, Amber, Taylor, Jaime, Sandra, William, Andrew and Liam; his great grandchild Parker; and his siblings, Ina Stecca (George), Sharon Behie and Harold. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
