He was predeceased by: his brother Kerry (Tara). He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, David (Kristen), Amanda (Martin) and Melissa (Adam); his grandchildren, Thomas and Lily; his sister Kimberley (Rob); and his nephews, Trevor and Kale.
In lieu of flowers, Rick's request was that donations be made to CNIB Foundation to support CNIB Guide Dogs.
