It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Welna (Mississauga, Ontario), who passed away on March 14, 2021, at the age of 24, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Janusz Welna. He is survived by: his mother Malgosia Welna; his siblings, Agata Cebo, Tom Welna and Ewelina Welna; his siblings-in-law, Rodrigo Gonzalez, Wojtek Cebo and Lida Lajevardi; his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Cameron, Tamera and Valentina; his partner Nikita Mathew; and his friends, Patrick Kuchta, Alex Felendzer and Branko Mijic.
