He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bullard (Jack) and Ruby Bullard. He is survived by: his brothers, Chuck (Karen), Pat (Amy) and Shawn; his adoptive children, Dana and Donnie; his aunts, Judy, June and Audrey; and also Debbie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
