He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Steven (Alexis) and Laura (Luke); his grandchildren, Colton, Olivia and Sophia; and his brothers, Adriaan and Erus. He is also survived by sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
