She was predeceased by: her parents, Mery and Memen; and her child Tabaret. She is survived by: her husband Adolfo; her children, Sandra Patricia, Pamela, Bryan and Vaytiere; her grandchildren, Santiago, Tabatha and Matthew; and her pets, Elvis, Chanel and Leo.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Maribel's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society to continue funding Cancer research.
