With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maria Tomaz (Mississauga, Ontario), who passed away on January 1, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Francisco Martins Tomaz; her children, Cidalia (George Cabral), Francisco Roberto, Fatima (Luis Domingos) and Nivea; her grandchildren, Christopher (Dianne), Marcia (Jason), Amanda (Michael) and Melissa; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Justin and Ava.

Nazaret experienced great levels of change, however, her strength and resiliency created an advantageous foundation for her children.
