He was predeceased by: his brother José. He is survived by: his wife Nelia; his children, Nelson (Angie), Marisa (Greg) and Brian; his granddaughters, Eden, Kristen, Lauren, Shea and Lia; and his siblings, João (Filomena), Constantino (Irene), Filomena (Francisco), Nivea (Juvelino) and Ana Maria (Maria). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren, his extended family and his many friends.
