With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Manuel Herculano Silveira (Mississauga, Ontario), who passed away on December 29, 2020 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Manuel Herculano Silveira to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maria Helena Silveira; his children, Helen and Herculano (Ingrid); his granddaughters, Margot and Natalie Hall; his siblings, Mario, Cremilde (Jaime), Duartino (Alice), Cesaltina, Alcina (Altino), Alcino and Fatima; and his parents, Manuel Jose Silveira (Mestre Janeiro) and Maria Alzira Silveira (Oliveira). He was also cherished by his many nephews, nieces, godchildren and extended family.

Due to COVID-19 restriction there will be a limited, private visitation and funeral on January 9, 2021.

Donations may be made in his memory to St. Joseph's Health Centre in Toronto.
