She was predeceased by: her husband Charles David MacIntosh. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Hookway (Tony), Sharon Hookway (Dan) and Ross Hookway (Shannon); her grandchildren, Harrison, Sloane and Jacob; her brother Mike Cowlrick (Chris) of England; and also, Peter Warren, Tara Ritchie (Steve), Adam MacIntosh (Veronica), Daniel, Jordan, Alexa, Dylan, Cameron, Paige and Conall.
