Kathleen O'Dowd Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2025, at the age of 94, Kathleen O'Dowd (Mississauga, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Kathleen leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Michael O'Dowd; her children, Michele, Colm (late Cathy) and Brian (Anita); and her grandchildren, Ryan and Terry. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Turner & Porter - Peel Chapel (2180 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L5B1M8). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (2098 Dickson Road, Port Credit, ON L5B1Y6).
