He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Concetta Vespa; his daughters, Joanie Forte (Leo), Rosanne Falcone (Joe) and Sandra D'Avella (Alfonso); his parents, Filippo and Giovina; and his brothers, Michele and Antonio.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Marco (Tina), Lucio, Julie (Mike), Lennie, Laura (Andrew), Andrea (Leonardo), Marisa (Matthew), Stefany (Andre) and Anthony; and his siblings, Mary Grace Collarile, Maria D'Avanzo and John. He is also survived by his 12 great-grandchildren.
