She was predeceased by: her parents, Hachijiro (Sam) and Kimiye; and her brother Erick. She is survived by: her spouse Yuki; her children, Alison (Sean) and Ryan (Kelly); her grandsons, Tyler, Noah, Luke, Zachary and Nathan; and her close friend Mississauga Hospital.
