He was predeceased by: his wife Anne; and his daughter Ingrid. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Susan), Thomas (Janna), Angie (Jamie), Wendy (Jason), Eric (Anna), Peter (Isobel), John and Kathy (Edun). He is also survived by Opa and Opa-pa to 24 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
