He was predeceased by: his parents, David and Mabel; his brothers, Fred and Glenn; and his brother-in-law Harley.

He is survived by: his sister Lois; his sister-in-law Bev; his wife Helen McDougall; his daughter Jennifer McDougall (Liv); and his stepchildren, George Skalin (Nasrin) and Alicia Skalin.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Skinner & Middlebrook LTD Funeral Home Chapel (128 Lakeshore Rd E, Mississauga, ON L5G).
