He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Kathleen, Trevor and Followed; his grandson Trevor; his children, Jonathon (Caroline), Haile, Daemein, Laureana (Dereck), Alex and Terri-Lynn; his grandchildren, Christina, Dean and Brandon; his great grandchild Raelynn; his sister Sharon of Roseville, Michigan.; his nephew Rick; and his caregiver Karen.
