He was predeceased by: his son Adam Gibbs (Marlee); his stepson Johnathan Lightfoot; and his parents, Jim Gibbs and Doreen Gibbs. He is survived by: his wife Susan Gibbs; his daughter Ashley Gibbs (Kyle); his siblings, Karen (Ron), Janice (John) and Joey (Laurie); his mother-in-law Norma Strong; and his brother-in-law Steven Strong (Garry Strong).
