She was predeceased by: her brother John Tytler (Joan); and her parents, Mary Dewhirst and Ronald Dewhirst. She is survived by: her husband Donald; her sons, Donald Edward and Gregory James; her daughter-in-law Megan Enns Robinson; her grandchildren, Nathaniel and Grace; her sister Margaret Davis; and also Sabrina Shelly.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Peel Chapel (2180 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L5B1M8). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Turner & Porter - Peel Chapel (2180 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L5B1M8).
