She was predeceased by: her spouse Tak Yeung Poon. She is survived by: her sons, Tom Poon (Maryruth) and Lawrence Poon (Aiwa); her grandchildren, Jessica Poon and Andrew Poon (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Alexander, Sophie and Kensley.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Golden Plough Lodge would be appreciated by the family.
