As Anne Marie departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Anne Marie. Though Anne Marie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her son Anthony; her daughter-in-law Fatima; her brother Miko; and her husband Steve Filipovich. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Assumption Catholic Funeral Home (6933 Tomken Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T1N4). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 26th 2025 at the Filling the House.
