With solemn reverence, we commemorate Alban Angelo Joseph Mendes (Mississauga, Ontario), whose life came to an end on December 11, 2024 at the age of 72, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Melchior Mendes (Mickey) and Juliet Mendes; and his parent-in-law Francis Fernandez. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his siblings, Brendon, Godfrey (Teresa), Kenny (Louisa) and Patrick (Eva); his mother-in-law Margo Fernandez; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon (Andy), Brian (Ann-Marie) and Chrissy (Paul). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Turner & Porter - Peel Chapel (2180 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L5B1M8). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Merciful Redeemer Parish (2775 Erin Centre Blvd, Mississauga, ON L5M5W2). A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Assumption Catholic Cemetery (6933 Tomken Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T1N4).
