He was predeceased by: his son Bill (Rosanne); his grandson Jonathan; and his sisters, Wilma Giffen and Pauline Milne. He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Cathy Caston (Philip), James (Kathy), John (Carol), Rob (Shelley) and Edward (Roberta); and his grandchildren, Aimee, Alysse, Christopher, Katie, Jeremy, Jenna, John Duncan, Graham, Sarah, Benjamin, Shellby, Jacob, Danielle and Jordan. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
A Graveside Service will be held at Minesing Union Cemetery (1768 George Johnston Rd., Minesing, Ontario) on Saturday, August 14th at 1 p.m. In Allan's memory, donations may be made to the Springwater Vespra Lions Club, Minesing United Church or to the charity of your choice.
