He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine; his parents, Ronald Cowen and Violet Cowen; and his sisters, Joean, Sonya and Sherrie.
He is survived by: his children, Gene, Janine (James) and Tanya (Troy); his grandchildren, Petey, Katie (Skyler), Glenn and Josie (Max); his siblings, Derrik (Linda), Sandra (Nado), Tammy (Jim), Terry-Lynn, Yolinda and Bonnie (Dave); and his brothers-in-law, Rick (Judy) and Bev. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and by his many lifelong friends.
