She was predeceased by: her husband Lorne Henry Woolacott; her parents, Wilfred Smith and Edith Smith; her siblings, Orville, Wayne and Pauline Ventress; and her daughter-in-law Rose Woolacott.

She is survived by: her children, Elmer Smith (Ann), Sharon Ventress, Brenda Horvath (Jerry), Ken Woolacott (Cathy) and Ron Woolacott (Emily Pritchard); her grandchildren, Dan (Annette), Brad (Angela), Jim (Shannon), Lori (Will), Leigh-Ann (Greg), Lindsey, Chris (Kelsey), Jennifer (Matt), Skye (Mikey), Michael, Mark (Nicole) and Eliza (Shawna); her great grandchildren, Katie, Courtney (Morgan), Adam, Ryan (Kayla), Erin, Amy, Olivia, Owen, Mitchell, Emily, Grady, Jordyn, Jessie, Makayla, Jeremy, Prudence and Hazel; and her great great grandchildren, Logan, Lily, Evelyn and Landon.

Memorial Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
