He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kutusky and Margaret Kutusky; and his sisters, Donna Booth and Barb Sugrue. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Lafferty (Katie Cox) and Kristy Murdoch (Kevin); his grandchildren, Summer (Jamie), Jazmin, Anna, Julia, Kinsley and Elsie; his great grandchildren, Weston, Emerson, Kensington and Remington; and his sister Lorraine Bertrand (Robbie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
