It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward George LaPorte (Minden, Ontario), who passed away on December 21, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wives, Lynda and Laura Mae; his daughter Susan Greenwell (Phillip); his sister Barb Nesbitt; and also, Frank, Doris Winters, Don, Clara Higgins, Diane Johnson and Jim.
He is survived by: his children, Junior LaPorte (Jean), Dale LaPorte (late Cindy), Marilyn Espie (Dave), Sandra Cooper (John) and Chris LaPorte (Lisa). He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
