She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Gardiner (Ferren) and Harvie Gardiner; her husband Arthur Owens; her brother Ken; and her uncle Garnet Gardiner.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Joel, Riley and Brady; her stepchildren, Gloria, Ivy, Jimmy and John; her stepgrandchildren, Troy (Heather), Mark (Tara), Darlajean (Kingsley) and Lee (Nickee); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Matthew, Isabella, Lukas, Trey, Justin, Tyrese, Avree and Owen; and her cousins, Duane Scarlett, Diana Byrne (Scarlett) and Max Cain.
