She was predeceased by: her husband Albert "Bert" Cousineau of Mindemoya Ontario; her parents, Philip Carnevale and Blanche Carnevale (Favreau); and her siblings, Fred, George, John, Phillip, Anthony, Charles, Mary, Margaret, Lina, Delia and Rita.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy and Matthew Cousineau; her grandchildren, Melissa, Steven, Ashlyn, Corey, Brandon, Keira and Nicholas; and her great grandchild Iyla.
