She was predeceased by: her parent Elgin; and her sister Valerie McFarlane (Merdick). She is survived by: her husband Stuart Wyman; her children, Mitch Wyman (Anne), Laura Hallett (Matt), Samantha Wyman (Andrew McGauley) and Daniel Wyman (Brittany Borton); her grandchildren, Jade, Colton, Sydney, Allison, Jacob, Rylan and Greyson; her great grandchild Blake; her siblings, Judy Wood (Ron), Ruth Tarr (Holly), Barb Chatwell (Perry) and Keith McAllister (Brenda); and her brothers-in-law, Stanley Wyman (Kelly) and Steven (Nancy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Karen can be made to the Mindemoya Hospital Aux. or "Let's Emerge Together" project.
