He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandy Fogal and Elizabeth Fogal (Graham); and his brother Joe (Sandra Sampson). He is survived by: his wife Sheila (Breathat); his sons, Darren Fogal and David Fogal (Shari); his grandchildren, Josh, Breanna and Caleb; and his great grandchild Hailey.
