She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Small and Marguerite Small (Nicholson); her parents-in-law, Herbert and Jane Brown; her nephews, Travis Brown and Jim Prince; and her brother-in-law Tom Prince.
She is survived by: her husband John Brown; her sons, John "Brice" Brown (Laura) and Ian Brown (Laura Lee); her grandchildren, Caden, Nolan, Ava and Liam; her sisters, Mavis Copeman (Larry), Lois Baillie (Murray), Jean Hohnstein Shirley (Doug) and Inez Vickerman (Brian); and her siblings-in-law, David Brown (Charlene), Glenna Prince (Don McDonald), Liz Fleming (Ernie), Catherine Kelman (Jim), Dianne McFadzean (John), Heather Bennewies (Warren), Jim Brown (Sandy), Andrew Brown (Janet) and Rob Brown (Jody). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, donations would be accepted to Heart & stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or the Lymphoma Society and can be done through the funeral home.
