He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Powell Appliances and Betty Powell. He is survived by: his wife Isabelle Dupuis; his sons, Chris (Trish) and Matt (Samantha); his grandchildren, Will, Sam (Jolin), Max, Ben and Evie; his siblings, Anne and Martin (Wendy); his siblings-in-law, Pierre Dupuis (Danièle), Christine Dupuis and Suzanne Dupuis (Michel); his nieces and nephews, Vanessa (Matt), Ariane Latour, Daniel, Marc-André Dupuis (Ariane), Jean-Sébastien Dupuis (Sara), Philippe Jolivet (Dan) and Guillaume Jolivet; and his uncle Samuel Helsdon. He is also survived by five grand nephews; one grand niece.
