He was predeceased by: his wife Rosie Shannon (Rose); his parents, Frank and Elsie (Hilson); and his sister Joan Norton. He is survived by: his children, Lorrie (Michael) and Richard (Katrina); his grandchildren, Brendin and Brianna; and his sister-in-law Elinore (late Ken). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions in Halton, attendance is limited.

As an expression of sympathy, a donation in memory of Ron to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 136 or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
