He was predeceased by: his parents, Uriah Waters and Daisy Waters; and his siblings, Eleanor, Marjorie and Stan.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; and his children, Susan (Arnie), Nancy (Mike), Marilyn (Brad) and Doug (Lisa). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Milton District Hospital Foundation or Grace Anglican Church would be appreciated.
