She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Waters; her son Peter; and her siblings, Marshall Neilson, Thomas Graham Neilson and Stella Parton.

She is survived by: her children, Kathleen, Donna (Kevin Walker), Nora (Cliff Parkinson), Patricia (Herman Rhynold), Linda and Steven (Marlene Chrysler); her grandchildren, Angela, Crystal, Julie, Scott, Kalynn and Daniel; and her siblings, Marion Sherk, Audrey Gilmer, Gwendolyn Voth, R. G. Neilson (Gary) and Carol McCartney.

Due to Covid restrictions, a memorial gathering will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Milton District Hospital, Acclaim Health or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
