He was predeceased by: his brother Denis "Butch" (Val); and his parents, Denis and Frances. He is survived by: his wife Gail "Gailer"; his children, Michael Lee, Lara (Mark) and Tara (Todd); and his sisters, Debbie (Kevin) and Penny (Ron). He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
