We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2022, at the age of 98, Melvin Henry Phelps of Milton, Ontario, born in Brockville, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Irene; his daughter Brenda; his son-in-law Jim Stainer; and his sister Edna Spicer. He is survived by: his children, Claudette Taylor (David), Gwyneth Gau (Pat), Darlene Stainer and John Phelps; and his sister Helen Coyea. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Donations may be made to the Milton District Hospital Foundation in lieu of flowers.
