It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margot Hamnett in Milton, Ontario, who passed away on October 7, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jack; her mothers, Edith Thompson and Ellen Royle; and her siblings, Anne Hughes and John Royle.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqui Gerrard and Stephanie Hamnett; her grandchildren, Adam Gerrard (Stephanie), Matthew Hamnett (Natalya) and Georgia Smith; her great grandchildren, Fallyn, Daxton and Xander; and her nephew Merville Hughes.
