He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorne Middaugh and Laura Middaugh of Shelburne, Ontario.. He is survived by: his wife Linda Middaugh; his children, Edwin, Brett and Leslie (Chad); his grandchildren, Taylor, Mackenzie, Sacha, Samuel, Mae, Brady, Colby, Avi and Leo; and his siblings, Helen (Sonny), Stan (Lorna), Claire (Pat), Marie (Roger), Edwin (Ruby), Grant (Gloria), Robert (Judy), Linda (Jim), Bonnie (George) and Lorna.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
