She was predeceased by: her father Fred. She is survived by: her husband Scott Cook; her mother Georgina; and her siblings, Barry Allan (Heather), Rodney Allan (Carlo), Desmond Hepburn, Joeann Diaczok, Nancy Clarke (Drew) and Keith Allan.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations in memory of Judy to the Milton District Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
