He is survived by: his wife Angela Belanger; his children, Jacob Rowe and Ashley Lynn Rowe; his mother Alison Rowe (Long); his parents-in-law, Terry and Rosemary Belanger (Fougere); his sister-in-law Mandy Lynn Patrick (Belanger); and his nieces and nephews, Makayla Lynn and Adam.
