He was predeceased by: his significant other Shelagh. He is survived by: his children, Hilary (Chris) of Milton, Christopher (Francesca) of Whitby and Mark (Sharon) of Toronto; his grandchildren, Heather, Jonathan, Olivia, Leah, Sarah and Emma; and his great grandchildren, Colton, Waverley, Aria, Evianna, Sawyer, Page and Grace.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations in memory of John to the Milton District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
