With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jayce Fraser (Milton, Ontario), who passed away on June 11, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Mona and Michael; and his sister Amariah. He is also survived by his grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins and by many really close friends.
In memory of Jayce, memorial donations in lieu of flowers to Sick Kids Foundation would be most meaningful to his family.
