He was predeceased by: his wife June Ruth Black; his siblings, Charles "Bud" (Florence), Shirley (Fred) and Gerald (Rosanne); and his brother-in-law Jeff.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Black (Jan) and Shelley Doucet; his grandchildren, Ryan (Rebecca), Jeff and Gabrielle; and his sisters, Bonnie and Joan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations in memory of James to the Milton District Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
