She was predeceased by: her former husband Geoffrey Van of Vorst; and her husband Wayne Berrens. She is survived by: her children, Mary-Lou Burns (Frank) and Jeff Van (Debi Thompson) of Vorst; her great grandchildren, Finley and Anneke Campbell; and her siblings, Jan Geurds (Marianne), Gerard (Hannie), Ben (Corrie), Will (Anita), Ida (Toon), Mieke (Bart) and Marij (Thijs).
