He was predeceased by: his brother Andy. He is survived by: his significant other Juanita May; his children, Connie (Mike), John (Vanessa) and Jesse (Becca); his stepchildren, Shane, Shaune and Jennifer; his sister Cathy (Dwight); and his grandchildren, Kyle, Ryan, Clarissa, Drew, Shyanne, Avery and Sophia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
